Charles F. Fuller (cfuller@resultsco.com) is an experienced manager of people and resources. He has worked over 30 years in business management with a variety of companies, non-profits and North Carolina politics. During his career, Fuller has successfully applied his management experience, business background and hard work ethic to diverse challenges. He has held many leadership roles and is often called on by former colleagues, community leaders and elected officials to assist in solving difficult policy or management issues.

In 1998, Fuller started The Results Company which specializes in project management — offering strategic advice to companies and individuals in management, government-related matters, and organization. Clients are in the manufacturing, agriculture, tobacco, insurance, real estate and pharmaceutical industries.

Fuller is also the President and CEO of CB Holdings, LLC, a holding company with annual revenues of its subsidiaries exceeding $25 million. CB Holdings, LLC is an Executive Management and Marketing Firm specializing in the United States agricultural industry. The company manages a variety of agricultural-related entities. Areas of expertise include executive management, marketing, government affairs, banking relationships and tobacco-related assets including escrow accounts. Significant recent accomplishments include:

• Re-organizing five privately held companies for cost savings and efficiency
• Establishing a national trademark license for a private brand
• Relocating manufacturing operations from Brazil to the United States
• Successfully building a financial brokerage business for complex escrow accounts
• Leading the purchase of a manufacturing facility
• Handling complex regulatory issues involving numerous Federal and State agencies

Fuller leads all aspects of business functions including accounting, human relations, strategic planning, legal, finance, regulatory, sales, marketing and information technology.

The Triangle Business Journal selected Fuller as one of 19 people who made a strong impact during 1999 – – “a spectacular year for Triangle business.” Fuller previously served on the Board of Directors and was awarded a Life Membership of the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce. Fuller currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Property Rights Coalition and the John Locke Foundation.
