Non-Profit Groundwork

Although many non-profits recruit volunteers nationally, getting a solid footing can be a difficult task.

Starting from scratch, Charles F. Fuller used grassroots communication, community relationships, and innovative business techniques to spread awareness and gain momentum locally. He has managed state-wide staff as well as monitored external communications.

As a result, Fuller recruited more than 25,000 members in the state of North Carolina and was asked to serve on a council in Washington D.C. – helping other organizations and chapters across the country refocus efforts and restructure to include some of the grassroots elements to achieve successful ground operations.
