Relocation and New Marketing Strategy

Moving a business from the location it had occupied for decades, can require rethinking the business’ marketing strategy in order to regain its hold on the marketplace throughout — and combat a difficult economic situation.

Charles F. Fuller realized that in this tough economy, despite the fact that high-end retail all over the nation was suffering, the solution to increasing profit was not to make cuts… but to spend money. Acting as an executive for the company, Fuller implemented new media strategies (new website, search engine optimization, interactive email marketing) in order to increase brand awareness and connect the business to its customers.

Direct mail marketing and mass media were also budgeted in –utilizing television ads for the first time.

As a result companies can reestablish and regain previous sales.  Additionally, the new website allows customers to connect to the designers, incorporates interactive elements and establishes credibility by providing articles written and reviewed by local interior designers.
