Implementation Changes and Restructuring

While working with a company of 9,000+ employees, one of the major challenges was navigating the intra-office political process. It was imperative that communications be efficient, that training be effective and thorough, and that reorganization be beneficial to the business as whole. Additionally, implementing restructuring ideas that were unheard of (such as layoffs) would be a difficult decision to make.

Charles F. Fuller was brought in to analyze current business practices and implement new technology and work-flow adjustments to streamline customer service and payment processes. And although layoffs were required, this tough decision helped improve customer relations and save the company time and money.
